Guests will earn 10 points for every dollar spent on the Popeyes® Canada App or on PopeyesChicken.ca. Guests can then redeem their points for available menu items. Additionally, features and benefits like bonus points on combos and family meals, are available.

Rewards members will earn 10 points for every $1 spent at participating Popeyes® restaurants in Canada, by ordering on the Popeyes® Canada App or PopeyesChicken.ca, or by paying with a linked card at an eligible location.
Points earned will be automatically applied to a member’s account within 48 hours.
Members do not earn any points on a reward-redeemed item. Points are only earned on Eligible Transactions. If additional items were purchased, and it was an Eligible Transaction, members will earn points on those items only (before taxes and applicable fees).
Only completed purchases will earn points as part of the rewards program. Points earned on purchases that have later been refunded / voided will also have their points refunded / voided. For any questions, contact our support team at Popeyeschicken.ca/support.
Rewards members earn points only at select Popeyes® Canada restaurants, by ordering on the Popeyes® Canada App or PopeyesChicken.ca, or by paying with a linked card at an eligible location. Rewards members also earn points on delivery orders made through the Popeyes® Canada App or PopeyesChicken.ca. Points will be earned for every dollar spent before taxes and fees, including delivery, service and small cart fees.
Amounts will be rounded down to the nearest tenth of a dollar so that a purchase of $2.76 will earn 27 points.
There is no limit on the number of points you can earn.
Points don’t expire as long as guests purchase something at least once every six months. For example, a guest has a balance of 500 points after their last transaction on May 29th. They need to make an eligible transaction before November 29th in order to keep their points. If not, they lose their entire balance.
Members can redeem points by selecting an eligible menu item in the Rewards menu of the Popeyes® Canada App or PopeyesChicken.ca, and in restaurants at select locations.
There is no maximum number of loyalty redemptions; you can redeem multiple items in the same order.

Reward redemptions are made based on a stated points ‘price’ per item. Coupon offers cannot be redeemed with points. However, a digital coupon can be used in the same transaction as a loyalty redemption.
If a guest creates an account on the Popeyes® Canada App or website, points will only be redeemable only in Canada.
